Delivery
Your design plan will state an estimated production, ship and delivery date before payment is captured. Standard delivery is curbside freight unless another service is itemized in your purchase terms. You are responsible for confirming access and site readiness for delivery and installation.
If the stated date cannot be met, you may accept the delay or cancel for a full prompt refund. Inspect your delivery on arrival and report visible damage to Longform within 48 hours.
Returns
Standard, non-custom components may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery when unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned in original condition and packaging. An RMA is required before return. Buyer-remorse return freight is your responsibility. Longform covers return freight for damaged or incorrect items. Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable except for damaged or incorrect items. Longform does not charge a restocking fee.
Custom work
Custom dimensions, finishes, cut materials and made-to-order compositions are final after design and production approval, except for damage, defect or rights provided by applicable law.
