One-Year Limited Warranty

Longform warrants to the original residential purchaser that supplied components, materials and workmanship will be free from defects for one year from delivery. At Longform’s discretion, the remedy is repair, replacement or refund.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover third-party installation, mounting or site conditions, misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, normal wear, cosmetic variation, commercial use or external events. Labor, removal and reinstallation are excluded. Electronics and fireplace inserts are not covered unless explicitly included and separately warranted.
