Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Return authorization is required before sending any component back. Longform will provide return instructions and the correct destination for an approved return.
Custom work
Custom dimensions, finishes, cut materials and made-to-order compositions are final after design and production approval, except for damage, defect or rights provided by applicable law.
